MEDICAL BIOPHYSICS

B.Sc. MBBS/BDS/ B.Pharma/  B.PH.T/ B.Sc with at least one subject of biological sciences) from any recognized University with at least 55% aggregate in qualifying examination for General Category and 50% marks for the candidates belonging to SC/ST category. The upper age limit will be 35 years. Relaxation by 5 years for sponsored candidates.

14 M.Sc in Stem Cell and Translational Medicine 2 years (4 semesters) July of each year
  1. Candidates should have passed Graduate degree (B.Sc./BS) in Life sciences, pharmacology, biotechnology, Dental (BDS), Medicine & Surgery (MBBS) from a UGC/Govt. of India recognized university/institute.
  2. Minimum percentage of marks:55% aggregate for General category and 50% aggregate for candidates belonging to SC/ST category.
  3. All India Common entrance examination with following test pattern:

MCQ based entrance test with minimum 50% qualifying score for general category and 45% for SC/ST category. In case of a tie the candidate with higher age will be placed higher in merit list.

MCQs would broadly cover the fields of Cell Biology, Cell Culture, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Anatomy, Physiology, Immunology and Molecular Biology.
